Pineridge | Capturing Modern Seclusion in Formby

The Brief: Pineridge is a substantial modern residence nestled in the Formby Pinewoods. The client required a marketing package that highlighted the property’s privacy and its unique high-tech features, including a driveway turntable and a leisure complex.

The Challenge: Properties with large glass atriums and indoor pools present a unique lighting challenge—balancing the bright exterior daylight with the interior ambiance.

The Solution: We utilized a hybrid shooting style:

Drone Cinematography: To establish the property’s proximity to the famous Formby dunes and coast.

Twilight Photography: To eliminate reflections in the glass atrium and showcase the warmth of the home against the cool evening sky.

Motion: Using smooth gimbal movements to “walk” the viewer from the driveway turntable through to the pool, mimicking the flow of a potential buyer.
