Paradise View in Birmingham – Completion

Paradise View is a £25 million project that transformed a 1960s modernist office building into a thriving build-to-rent community of 159 furnished homes. This development offers a range of one- to three-bedroom apartments, each with unique layouts, totaling 4,000 SF of amenity space for residents to enjoy. In showcasing the Paradise View project, a variety of photographic techniques and equipment were employed to capture the development’s unique features. Wide-angle shift lenses, such as the 15mm shift lens, were used to emphasize the spaciousness of the apartments and shared spaces, while telephoto lenses, like the 70-200mm, allowed for detailed close-ups of architectural elements and textures. Residents also appreciate the added benefits of a dedicated concierge, access to a resident app, fast Wi-Fi, and all-inclusive gas and water bills. The development fosters a sense of community through various events and activities, encouraging interaction among residents.
