This striking 145-bedroom hotel, part of the Abbey Street redevelopment in Nuneaton, represents a modern approach to urban renewal. As the town centre’s first hotel, its clean lines and thoughtful design contribute to the transformation of this historic area into a vibrant, welcoming destination. Capturing its bold architectural features and interplay with the evolving streetscape, my photography showcases the building’s role in reshaping the town’s identity. Commissioned by BAM and developed in partnership with Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, this project is a testament to innovative design and community-focused regeneration.
