Countryside Living – Thorncroft, Rainow

Shooting in Rainow is always a treat because you get that dramatic landscape as a backdrop. For Thorncroft, the goal was to make the house feel like a sanctuary.

We made the decision to shoot the hero images at twilight. In the UK market, especially for countryside homes, daylight shots can sometimes feel a bit cold if the weather isn’t perfect. By waiting for that 20-minute window after sunset, I was able to balance the deep blue ambient light of the sky with the warm glow of the interior lights.
